How to Create a Mobi File

Hi

I use Delphi to write an app that makes my site. It outputs HTML pages that are stored in a Treeview layout.

Now that I have a kindle I would like to output my site to the kindle as well.

Where do I start to learn how to do this..

Is it like XML?
