Fixed layout for children's book is now displaying the missing images icon. Has Amazon changed the format? Each image of the spread has a div id and a class representing left and right. What am I missing? The new guidelines say to use the background image css tag on one page and on another it still uses the div id tag. Has anything deprecated?
